Well hello there!

Im Eirebear and I'm the resident photographer around here, the plan for me is to photograph all you up 'n' comers out there at gigs and organised photo shoots and hopefully get you the publicity we all know you deserve!
My own personal musical taste ranges from the absurd to the sublime, currently sitting next to each other in my CD player are the following albums.
Mr Bungle - Disco Volante
John Coltrane - A Love Supreme
Foo Fighters - The Colour and The Shape
De La Soul - 3 Feet High and Rising
Nick Cave - Dig Lazarus Dig

So as you can tell a fairly wide musical taste, especially for anything just that little bit different.

Hello and Welcome.

Well first off, thanks for visiting the site. We're just starting off, so keep on checking back as we grow and get some cool features going on.

I'm not going to speak for the other writers, so I will let them do their own introduction, but one thing I will say, is we are all doing this for the love of music. We all have varying tastes in music so you are sure to find something here you will like. Our aim, simple. There is so much music out there today, we're not going to tell you what to listen to, but maybe recommended some bands you might of not heard of before, and give our views of the music industry today.

So far, we have about four or so writers lined up, so the place should be alive and kicking soon enough, so keep checking back for the latest:-

• All the latest music news.
• Album Reviews, from the newest releases, to forgotten classics.
• Gig reviews and picture, from our writers.
• And hopefully get some Interviews with some of the upcoming bands throughout the country, and maybe even further afoot.
• And finally, you all might get some free swag along the way, or competition for DVDs, Albums or even Gig tickets.

A little about me and my music taste. I'm 17 and stay in Ayr, in the south-west of Scotland, so any bands from around this area I hope to get something going with. As for my music taste, it covers pretty much everything, apart from dance and alot of the new "Indie" stuff. But that's just me. Any ways, I'll let my fellow writers let them introduce themselves and then get this going.
